Cancelling an order after shipping has been fulfilled is not possible

2. Shipping Terms

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. Our standard shipping time is 3 days, however we do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. We are not responsible for delays or loss during shipping. Our shipping methods includes a warranty (in case of damage or loss during shipping) and a tracking number. It’s the customer’s responsibility to contact the logistics company for compensation in case of loss or damage during shipping.

Nordular will be available to support the customer in case of problem. Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipment postage.

3. Currency Information and VAT

All prices on this website are displayed in Euro.

All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of applicable VAT rates. The VAT rate is determined by the country where the product is being shipped to, or where the product is being purchased from. The VAT amount will be clearly displayed on the checkout page and on the invoice.

We reserve the right to change prices and VAT rates at any time without prior notice. We will make every effort to notify customers of any changes that may affect their orders.

4. Warranty

Products bought from Nordular carry a 2-year warranty, starting from delivery date.

All assembled modules shipped by Nordular are fully tested and functioning before shipping. For this reason, Nordular can not be held responsible for any damage or problems during shipping. Please contact us if you receive a damaged package.

Please handle your Nordular products with care. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and (if applicable) software faults only. Products that are damaged by the customer (scratches etc.) will not be taken back by Nordular.

We will repair or replace any product that we manufactured as long as we are in business and are able to get the parts to do so. We aim to support modules that have been discontinued for as long as possible. Our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects.

Warranty repairs/replacements are free. Repairs due to user modification or other damage are charged at an affordable rate. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to our workshop.

Nordular provides modules that are functioning conform to the eurorack standards described here. Nordular can not be held responsible for any damage to other equipment when connecting a module bought from Nordular.

5. Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer and have purchased a product on this website, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Full refunds are only handed if the shipped module is returned within 30 days from the ordering date and if the package is complete and unopened.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Please contact us at www.nordular.com/contact/ to initiate a withdrawal.
